RETURNS POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are given: (if applicable)

  • Book with obvious signs of use.
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that was opened.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Returns
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected..

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to info@nuriempresarial.com.

Sale Items
Only full price items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and we shipped it directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive your returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Shipping costs to return your item are your responsibility. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary. If shipping an item over $75, it is recommended to use a tracked shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your item back.
